History
We have a rich family heritage in paint-making. Our great-grandfather innovated by extracting linseed oil for artist paints, while our grandfather ran a successful contracting business in the Netherlands. The factory founded by our father produces vibrant, durable paints designed for Aruba’s climate, serving various establishments including hotels and government buildings. In the 1990s, it became a model for Sigma’s first advanced paint production facility in Europe. Today, it remains family-run, combining Dutch artistry with modern chemistry to enhance Aruba's and the Caribbean's architectural landscape.
